Here is the HAIR-CARE REGIMEN:

1. Massage the Olde Jamaica Hair Treatment into scalp every night for three minutes to stimulate the scalp and hair follicles. You should also purchase a scalp massager, and give yourself weekly scalp massages. Next cover your hair with the Stay-On Satin Cap or Scarf before going to bed.

2. Apply the JBCO Pomade to hair for styling in the morning (focussing on thinning areas; as it adds fullness to thinning areas). This product is perfect for styling natural hair. It is also great for chemically treated hair; however only apply a small amount.

3. Shampoo your hair once every week - every three days if you work-out regularly, then follow with Olde Jamaica Vitamin Fortified Conditioner.

4. Exercising daily helps with circulation, and thus stimulates hair follicles. Therefore even a 20 minute walk everyday or yoga will be beneficial.*AGAIN BE SURE TO CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY TYPE OF EXCERCISE*
